Governance structure
Assembly
The highest body, made up of all members. Adopts the Statute, annual plan, financial report, and elects the boards.
Management Board
Runs the club between Assembly sessions, implements decisions and manages programs and resources.
Supervisory Board
Independently oversees finances and compliance with the Statute and the law, reporting to the Assembly.
President
Represents the club externally and is accountable to the Assembly and Management Board.
Financial transparency
The club is financed through membership fees, donations, sponsorships and public grants. All funds are used exclusively for statutory purposes; no profit is distributed to members or officials. Annual financial reports are adopted by the Assembly and are available on request.
